At Women Who, every order is custom-made with care — just like the women we serve. Here’s everything you need to know about how your gear gets from our fulfillment center to your doorstep.


🕒 Production Time

All of our products are made to order — that means we don’t have piles of inventory sitting around collecting dust (or bad vibes).

  • Production typically takes 2–7 business days before your order ships.

  • We’ll email you as soon as your order is on the move!


📬 Shipping Time

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes:

  • 3–5 business days (Standard)
  • 5–8 business days (Economy)

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the season, and occasional shipping carrier drama. You’ll get tracking info as soon as it’s available so you can follow your package’s journey.


🌎 Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the U.S. only. If you’re international and dying to get your hands on something, drop us a message — we’d love to know where our next stop should be!


💸 Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping to keep things simple. Economy and Standard rates vary based on your order total (see checkout for exact pricing).


🚫 Wrong Address or Lost Packages

Please double-check your shipping info at checkout! We can't reroute orders once they’ve shipped.
If your package gets lost or returned to sender, email us at support@womenwhoapparel.com and we’ll help troubleshoot.


Delays Outside Our Control

We do our best to keep things timely, but sometimes there are delays due to weather, customs, carrier backlogs, or pandemics (because apparently that's a thing now). We appreciate your patience and promise to always be transparent and helpful.
