Return and Exchange Policy
At Women Who Apparel, your satisfaction is important to us. If something is not quite right, we are here to help.
Free Returns Within 30 Days
We offer free returns for up to 30 days from the date your order is delivered. This applies to the following situations:
• Defective products
• Incorrect items received
• Size issues that prevent proper fit
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition. This means unworn, unwashed, and free of odors or markings. Original tags must still be attached.
How to Start a Return
Please contact our team at support@womenwhoapparel.com with the following information:
• Order number
• Item you want to return
• Reason for the return
• Photo of the issue if defective or incorrect
Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return label so you can ship the item back to us at no cost.
Exchanges and Replacement Items
After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process a replacement. We will send a new item to you as soon as possible. Replacement items are shipped at no additional charge.
Non Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, returns may not be accepted for visibly worn products or items damaged due to improper use. Final sale items are not eligible for return unless defective.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, notify us right away. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your items.
